Focused on What Matters

Brooke is running to protect the character of our towns, make Connecticut more affordable, and keep people at the center of every decision in Hartford.

Protect Local Control

Brooke believes housing decisions should be made with our communities, not forced on them by Hartford. She will oppose Public Act 25-1 and work to fix Connecticut’s 8-30g affordable housing statute, which are enabling mass housing complex threats like the Fountain Street and Beecher Road proposals in Woodbridge. Brooke supports responsible housing options that respect local infrastructure, schools, roads, water, sewer capacity, public safety, and the character of our towns.

Make Connecticut More Affordable

Families, seniors, and small businesses are being squeezed by rising utility bills, property taxes, gas prices, and everyday costs. Brooke will fight for tax relief, utility bill transparency, stronger oversight of rate increases, and an end to unfunded mandates that drive up local costs. She will also work to repeal the public benefits charges on electric bills that make families pay more for state-mandated energy programs.

People Over Politics

As a social worker, mother, and community advocate, Brooke has spent nearly three decades helping young people and families. In Hartford, she will focus on practical solutions that reflect the needs of real people, not political agendas. Brooke believes we can work together across party lines, find common ground, and build a better community for everyone.
